As many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please read listings carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions!
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If a return is approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of return approval.
Custom and personalised items (including made-to-order stakes, trellises, and terrariums) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once items are shipped. If you're concerned about timing, choose Express Post and leave us a note with any deadlines.
