All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting before dispatch.

✉️ Delivery Services

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery costs:

• Standard shipping: $9–$12 AUD (based on weight/size)
• Express shipping: $13–$18 AUD
  Shipping is calculated at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

All parcels include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

📦 Pick-Up Option (Terrariums Only)

Terrariums and large plant products are available for pick-up only at:

💳 Pay with cash or EFTPOS upon collection.
