1. 🪴 Handmade & Made-to-Order

Most of our products are handmade and crafted to order. Variations in shape, colour, or size may occur — and that’s the beauty of handmade! Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

2. 💸 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept multiple payment methods including:

• Credit/Debit Card
• PayPal
• Afterpay (where available)
• Cash/EFTPOS (for local pickup only)

3. 📦 Shipping & Pick-Up

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers like Australia Post and Sendle. Live or fragile items (e.g. terrariums) are Pick-Up Only from The Makers Den, Clifford Gardens, Toowoomba QLD.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times vary based on location and chosen method. Not all packaging are sent with tracking.

4. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty. Please refer to our Return Policy for more info.

5. 🌐 Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, logos, photos, and branding are the property of Plantastic by Daley and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. 🔒 Privacy

Your personal information is only used to fulfill your order or contact you regarding your purchase. We never share or sell your data. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. ⚖️ Legal

This site is operated in accordance with Australian consumer law. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.
